Gulf & Fraser are a Credit Union based in British Columbia. They asked us to provide some key insights on their current website to help them create better user experiences, and to set themselves and their customers up for success.
Over eight weeks, we worked closely with Gulf & Fraser to understand their user base, and the portfolio of services within scope. Through user interviews, I worked with the UX Researcher to understand and create user personas and needs.

For the final deliverable I provided findings and recommendations for:
- Creating user centred content
- Page optimization
- Key messaging and user engagement
- Page structure and content modelling
- Brand, tone and style implementation
Unfortunately, the client terminated the partnership before the final deliverables were completed.
